This guide explains how to unlock and add the special Level 380 options to your eligible high-tier weapons, shields, and armor pieces.

Item Requirements

Before heading to the Chaos Machine, ensure your item meets the following criteria — the machine will reject the item otherwise:

• Must be an eligible Level 380 Item.
• Minimum Item Level: +4
• Minimum Additional Option (Life Option): +4

Mix Ingredients

To perform the combination, you will need exactly:

• 1x Eligible Level 380 Item (+4+4 or higher)
• 1x Jewel of Harmony
• 1x Jewel of Guardian

Success Rates

Step-by-Step Instructions

• Travel to Noria and interact with the Chaos Goblin.
• Select "Item Option Combination" from the machine's menu.
• Place your prepared Level 380 item into the designated slot.
• Insert the Jewel of Harmony and the Jewel of Guardian into the machine.
• Verify you have the required Zen amount in your inventory.
• Click combine.

Important Notes: If the combination succeeds, your item will gain its specific PvP-focused 380 options. If it fails, the Jewel of Harmony, Jewel of Guardian, and the Zen cost will be consumed — your original item, including its level and luck/life options, is completely safe and will not be destroyed or downgraded.
