How to unlock and add the Level 380 options to eligible high-tier weapons, shields and armor.
Item Requirements
Check your item against this list before going to the Chaos Machine. It will reject the item otherwise:
- Must be an eligible Level 380 Item.
- Minimum Item Level: +4
- Minimum Additional Option (Life Option): +4
Mix Ingredients
You need exactly:
- 1x Eligible Level 380 Item (+4+4 or higher)
- 1x Jewel of Harmony
- 1x Jewel of Guardian

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Travel to Noria and interact with the Chaos Goblin.
- Select "Item Option Combination" from the machine's menu.
- Place your prepared Level 380 item into the designated slot.
- Insert the Jewel of Harmony and the Jewel of Guardian into the machine.
- Verify you have the required Zen amount in your inventory.
- Click combine.
Good to know: If the combination works, the item gets its PvP-focused 380 options. If it fails, you lose the Jewel of Harmony, the Jewel of Guardian and the Zen, but your item is safe. Its level and luck/life options stay as they were.
